Name a Web Based Business

Choosing a name for your web based business is undoubtedly an annoying task. I admit that assigning a name to web based business can be a frustrating task filled with animosity. However, we are fortunate to have some tools available to help us search for a name web-based business ideas and names, including the shortest combinations of words and SEO.

Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky enough to have knowledge of these tools. This is where I spoke with Zahid Hussain, the founder of Mindgigs Technologies. He stated, “Sometimes people come to me and say that they hope they never have to name a web based business. Giving a name to a web based business idea has been always scary to me. I have helped to name web based business solutions for over six years, and I think it would be great if I could provide a list of some points I usually consider when creating a new name for web based business services.

The ideal name has no peers – A web-based business

“When giving a name to a web-based startup idea, I recommend searching for an idiosyncratic term in Google that returns more than 2000 results. A completely unique name can be easily tracked online,” he said.

The keyword is in the name

“Being an SEO expert, I recommend using a keyword in the name and URL (domain name) of a company. This can work in certain cases, but it’s not a universal implementation and needs careful consideration. It does not mean that you should use something like “Jackson Hole Real Estate” as the name of your company.

Accurate topical association -Web-based business

When you hear names like Ning, Frappe, etc. For the first time, there is no connection with the company’s field of operations. In my experience, my preference has always been a name for a business idea that has a topical association with the industry or focuses on the business. It makes it easier for clients to understand what they are dealing with when they hear the company’s name for the first time,” he said.

Clear obvious spelling

“This one point is lost in the web 2.0 generation, and even other companies like SEOmoz, Amazon, etc. Make spelling mistakes during searches sometimes. So, you have to make your business startup name clear and grammatically correct,” he said.

Unregistered

“Obviously, if you are using a .com name for your web-based business startup, choosing a unique name is critical if your competitors are already using it. The process of acquiring the name from them can be lengthy. However, in some cases, having a name that is not entirely unique can be a plus point for your business. You can always buy a name for your online business. Keep googling! ” He said.

Brand worthy

“Keep in mind, before naming your online business startup, you have your unique identity and a specific business model, a set of unique qualities that make you separate and more reliable from your other competitors. Make sure that the name of your web-based business startup logically fits with your business,” he said.

Charismatic – Web-based business

“Here’s the toughest and most important point of all: your web-based business startup must carry emotional power. However, not everyone in the business market agrees with this point. It’s not subjective, but rather, the charismatic quality must come from you, not your users!

If you have a name for your business that represents you and makes you feel confident and can be easily shared with that uncle who always gives you a hard time – Bingo! You’ve found the perfect name for your business startup,” he said.

“I would love to hear more ideas for naming your business from all of you, so keep brainstorming!”
